These guidelines highlight the system support that is available for Members, Clubs, Regions and State Swimming Associations.
ClubLANE has been designed on the premise that ‘many hands make light work’. The goal is to have a user-friendly and intuitive system that the member, Club volunteers and staff can navigate with minimal support.
To request additional functionality for ClubLANE, MyLANE or Visage, please outline the requirements on the attached form 'Swimming Australia Change Request' and email directly to your contact in the Participation and Sports Development team or to email@example.com.
All requests will be raised and discussed at the ClubLANE System's Work in Progress meetings (held fortnightly). You will be contacted with a response regarding whether the request has been accepted or if more information is required. Key considerations will include financial outlay and impact on other system requests already in the queue.
