When accepting online entries for your meet, you are able to set restrictions on who is permitted to enter your meet according to their association with a state, region or club. To do so, your meet must already have been created in ClubLANE. The guide 'How Do I Set Up A Meet In ClubLANE?' will assist you in completing the initial set up of your meet.
Note: if you do not enter any restrictions, your meet will be open to all Swimming Australia members by default.
Log in to ClubLANE and click on the Meets menu then List of Meets.
Click on the name of the meet you wish to edit.
Select the 'Open To' tab and click on Edit.
If all sections on the 'Open To' tab are left blank, the meet is open to anyone who is a competitive member of Swimming Australia.
To restrict members from only a particular State/States; Search for the State and select from the drop-down options in the ‘Open To State’ section.
To restrict members from only a particular Region/Regions; Search for the Region and select from the drop-down options in the ‘Open To Region’ section. This will make entries open to all clubs within the specified region/s.
To restrict members from only a particular Club/Clubs; Search for the Club and select from the drop-down options in the 'Open To Club' section. This will make entries open to only the club/s specified.
Multiple Clubs/Regions/States can be added to allow them access to your restricted meet, by selecting the Add button in the relevant section and completing the search.
Click Save when finished.
