NOTE: THIS PAYMENT METHOD IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CLUBS IN NEW SOUTH WALES.
After you have created a new member account in ClubLANE (see article How do I add a new member account in ClubLANE?), you will need to pay for the outstanding membership transaction on that account.
If you have just completed adding the membership account, you will have the Member's Details screen in front of you - see below image.
If you have left the above screen, or are logging back in to ClubLANE after adding the member at an earlier time, search for the member using the Person tab form the Home screen, click on their name to bring up their account. - see below
In the Subscriptions box in the member’s account, click on Manual Pay.
Select the payment method the member has paid your club by, enter the Receipt date and the Amount paid now (should be full amount owing).
Click Next to continue.
Tick the box to confirm that the member has paid the full amount of their membership and click Record payment
This payment will be recorded against the member’s account. Your state will invoice you for the amount owing to them after the above has been completed.
