There are multiple fees that can be set for your meet, within Meet Manager and ClubLANE. These are:
- Meet Fee
- Event Fee
- Maximum Fee
Log in to ClubLANE and click on Meets from the top menu bar.
Select List of Meets from the Meets drop-down menu.
Locate and click on the meet title you wish to set the entry fees for.
Select the Fees tab.
From the Fees tab, click Edit to display the Meet Fees editing window where you can modify each of the Fees and the Web Payment Option.
Meet Fee – This is the fee to attend the meet, if there isn’t one then leave this field empty.
Event sub default fee – This is the fee per event that the swimmer will be charged. If your meet has the same fee for each event, you can update all events fees by typing in the default amount into this field.
*If your meet has different event fees for individual events, you will need to update these manually by selecting the event through the Competitive Events tab.
*If you have already set your meet entry fees in Meet Manager, these will be automatically uploaded into ClubLANE when you upload your TM Events file. If you need to update the event fee that was automatically imported from Meet Manager, you will need to do this in the original Meet Manager file and re-upload the event file into ClubLANE.
Maximum Fee – Can be set so in effect putting a ceiling on the amount any competitor is required to pay to attend the meet regardless of fees charged and number of events entered.
The fees entered in this window will automatically add or adjust the competitor’s entry fees when they enter the meet. Enter the required fees and charges for your meet
To select a Web Payment Option click on the down arrow at Payment options.
When you click on the drop down menu for Web Payment Option it will show you three options:
1. If Card Payment Only is selected the options 'Online only', 'Online & Relays' and 'All' will show.
- If 'Online only' is selected 'Card Payment Only' is defaulted when an individual applies through Mylane.
- If 'Online & Relays' is selected then 'Card Payment Only' is defaulted for individuals applying through Mylane/Event Calendar/Weblink and also Clubs/Regions booking relays through ClubLANE.
- If 'All' is selected then for any entry for an individual or relay event through Mylane/Event Calendar/Weblink or ClubLANE will be defaulted to 'Card Payment Only'.
2. If User Choice is selected the meet entrant can choose to pay via card payment or choose to pay later.
3. If Pay Later Only is selected, ClubLANE Administrators will have the option to accept Pay Later or choose to pay now online via card payment. The meet organiser will need to follow-up collection of payment for all users that choose pay later.
