In order to send an automated membership renewal email to your members, you first need to complete calculation of your renewal subscriptions. Follow these instructions to do this.
Once you have calculated your renewal subscriptions, you will be returned to your Fees & Discounts tab.
You may need to scroll down to view this section.
Click on Send Renewal Emails.
You will receive a confirmation screen when the emails have been sent.
Click Home to return to your Home page.
Click here to view a draft example of the automated email that your members will receive.
This email will be sent to all single members who pay for themselves, and all primary members who pay for themselves and other members of their family.
