Firstly, search for the member/s who are not the primary member.
(Primary member is the member listed as the payee for the family)
Open the account of the member you wish to unlink from the primary member. If you are in your Members tab you can open the account by clicking on the member’s membership number.
Ensure the ‘Personal’ tab is selected, inside the ‘Subscriptions' Box click Edit
Delete the name in the ‘Paid By’ section (this will unlink these two members)
Make sure you select save until you receive the message:
Click return, and continue this process for remaining members needing to be unlinked.
