In ClubLANE, go to your Members tab. You will notice a “Financial” column has been added. This column displays the payment status of your members’ accounts.
MEMBER ‘FINANCIAL’ TERMINOLOGY (from p. 9 of the 2016-17 Registration and Membership Guide)
- Financial: Member’s registration fees have been paid for the current season.
- Unfinancial: Member’s fees for the current registration season have been calculated against their account (i.e. their account shows they owe x dollars), but the member’s fees have not yet been paid.
- Lapsed: Member has not paid to renew their account, and has become Lapsed.
- Non-Paying: Used to describe members who do not pay a registration fee (e.g. Life Members, Junior Dolphin Members).
Hover your cursor over the right-hand side of the Financial column header. A downwards-pointing arrow will appear. Click on the arrow, then click Sort Descending.
All Unfinancial members will be brought to the top of your listing. These members have had a membership fee generated against their account and their membership fee still needs to be paid.
Next, click the Show Pending Members filter button at the bottom of your listing.
Hover your cursor over the right-hand side of the Financial column header. When the downwards-pointing arrow appears click on it, then click Sort Ascending.
All Pending and Financial members will be brought to the top of your listing. These are members that have paid their membership fees and need to be Approved by you.
