To access MyLANE go to: https://mylane.swimming.org.au
Use your User Name and Password details to logon. If you are unsure what these are please use the Forgot Password option or contact your Club. Remember if your family is linked, the payer for the family will need to be the member logged in to complete the renewal process.
You can navigate your MyLANE account via the menu on the left hand side of the screen or through the tabs on the Home Page. To renew your membership select the My Profile menu option.
In order to renew your membership you will need to scroll down the page to the Membership Details section and select the Membership icon which is an image of a credit card.
You will then be able to step through the membership renewal process for all linked family members.
Please Note: If you experience issues scrolling within the pop up box please try scrolling with your cursor located both within the box and outside the box as this will ensure you are able to see the entire screen.
If you experience further issues please try using a different device or browser as your first option and contacting your Club thereafter.
