All members who were financial with their club in the MyLANE / ClubLANE system are already registered in Swim Central. Members simply need to reset their password, through the forgot password process, when they would like to login to Swim Central for the first time.
Navigate to Swim Central in your device’s internet browser. Select ‘Sign In’, then ‘Forgot Password’, enter your email address into the ‘Swim ID (Email)’ field (this is the email that was your preferred email in MyLANE / ClubLANE), and then select ‘Send Reset Request’.
You will then be redirected to a screen that confirms the request has been sent, keep this browser window open and check your emails, in an alternate browser or in your email client, for a ‘Forgot Password’ email from ‘email@example.com’ - the subject line will be ‘Reset Password’.
Confirm your email is valid using the button provided in the email. This will open a ‘Reset Password’ screen within your internet browser. Enter your email address in the ‘Swim ID (Email)’ field and then enter your desired password, re-enter the password to confirm and then select ‘Reset’. Your password will need to contain at least 8 characters, with at least 1 uppercase letter and 1 number.
You will be redirected to a ‘Reset Confirmed’ screen once your password has been reset. Return to your original internet browser tab and complete the sign in process. You will need to select ‘I Agree & Continue’ to agree to the ‘Service Terms and Conditions’ to proceed. You are now in Swim Central.
