Should you wish to delete an associate from your entity, please see the following steps for

1. Active Associate/ Managed Associates/ Associate with a Relationship 

2. Blocked Associate 

Deleting an Active Associate/Managed Associate/ Associate with Relationship 

1) Navigate to the Associates dashboard from Admin Home > Associates

2) Click on the Associate you wish to delete from the Dashboard 

3) Click on Delete 

4) Confirm deletion and click on Delete

5) The associate is now removed from your entity and will no longer have access to their profile

Deleting a Blocked Associate

1) Click on the Delete button from the Associates dashboard 

2) Confirm deletion, then click Delete
