How to read the Transactions Report
Transactions report
- The purpose of the transactions report is for club admins to view a list of completed payments and reversals (refunds)
- This report is funds due to be paid out to your bank account or being reversed out of clubs Connect/bank account. For more details about payouts, please click here
How to access the report
- Navigate to Admin Home > Reporting > Transaction Report
- Select your From and To Dates
- Click on 'Export Report" for a csv report to be emailed to you
How to read the report
The following is a description of the data that can be found in each column:
Columns A/B Transfer date/time: The date & time (local time) of when the funds were transferred into your clubs connect, or reversed out of your bank account
Column C Transfer Reference: The reference number associated to the transfer of funds. For money coming into your account, this will be a TR_xxxxx code. For reversals, this will be a TRR_xxxxx
Column D Is Refund: Whether the transaction was a refund or not
Column E Transfer Amount: the amount of money in the transaction
Column F Source: Usually the name of the product
Column G Source Category: The category type of the product e.g. Membership, nominations
Column H Source Entity name: Name of the entity who sold the product
Column I Source Entity State Pinnacle: The State where the source entity e.g. NSW
Column J Source Meet Name: Name of the meet if the product was sold at a Meet Manager/Public Event/Swim Central Access Event
Column K Source ex GST: The cost of product excluding GST
Column L Source Deduction: System and credit card fees taken from payment.
Column M Source Inc GST: The cost of the product including GST
Column N Source Quantity: How many products purchased for that member in the order
Column O Source Total Inc GST: Product cost including GST before fees
Column P Charge Total Inc GST: The amount that was charged to the members credit card
Column Q Purchase Order ID: Swim Central's unique code for the members purchase order. Will be a string of numbers and letters
Column R Purchase Date: The date the payment was completed (UTC)
Column S Purchase Time: The time the payment was made (UTC)
Column T Purchaser First Name: Purchaser's First Name (usually the parent of the family group or account holder)
Column U Purchaser Last Name: Purchaser's Last Name (usually the parent of the family group or account holder)
Column V Purchaser ID: Purchaser's Swim Central unique code. Will be a string of numbers and letters.
Column W Assignee First Name: The member the product is assigned to
Column X Assignee Last Name: The member the product is assigned to
Column Y Assignee ID: Assignee's Swim Central unique code. Will be a string of numbers and letters
Column Z Purchase Order Product Id: Swim Central’s unique code for the product purchased. Will be a string of numbers and letters
Helpful tips
For money movement, we recommend checking Columns D for “Is refund” and Column E “Transfer Amount”
