Some email providers have sensitive spam filters, which may cause emails sent by Swim Central to either be moved your Spam/Junk folder, or not to be received at all.
Here are some tips if you are not receiving emails from Swim Central:
- Check the email has not ended up in a Junk/Spam folder
- Ensure email@example.com is saved as a Safe Sender for your email account
- If your email address is hosted by your workplace, check with IT that any other spam filtering software is not blocking emails from Swim Central
