How to Manage Your Club's Public Profile
Club's have the ability to promote or hide their club's profile from public listings such as Swim Finder.
For a club to be listed in Swim Finder please ensure you have linked to a primary venue.
We also recommend uploading your club/organisation's logo into Swim Central. For best results, please upload a 100 x 100 pixel logo with either a transparent background, or with background colour #17335B
The image needs to be under 2MB and saved as png, jpg, jpeg, bmp file format.
To manage your club's public profile please follow the steps below.
1) Log in to Swim Central and navigate to your club's administration dashboard and click on club Information
2) Select Club Details tab and open the Public Club Profile accordion
3) You will see a screen that will show how the club's public profile will be displayed in Swim Finder
Club Name: Your club's name as it shows in Swim Central
Logo: If you have uploaded your club's logo into Swim Central it will be displayed next to your club name.
Email: Your club's contact email that is listed under general details will be displayed
Website: Your club's website that is listed under general details will be listed with a hyperlink
Facebook: Please click 'Edit' to insert or edit your club's facebook url
Club Description: click 'Edit' to insert or edit the description of your club.
Club Membership Products: Your club's membership products that are currently live in Swim Central will be displayed.
4) If you wish to hide your club's public profile select edit and tick 'Hide from Public Listings' then save
Promoting Your Club's Coach
For a Coach to be visible in Swim Finder they need to create a relationship via association to a club/organisation. To promote your coach's public profile please refer to this guide here
