Swim Meet Eligibility Report
The Meet eligibility report is a tool available in SWim Central for coaches and club administrators with the required access. This report can be run prior to the meet entry deadline and provides valuable information about club member's eligibility and qualifications for specific meets or races.
Key Features:
- Qualified and Nominated Members
- The report shows which club members have qualified and nominated for the meet.

Eligible but Not Entered Members
- It identifies club members who are eligible but have not yet entered a specific meet or race.

Members Close to Qualification
- The report highlights club members who haven't achieved the qualifying time but are within a set time from it. (Refer to Deviations below)

Time Preference
- The report prioritises conforming times if they are faster than the qualifying time (QT). If the conforming times are not faster than the QT, the report will select the fastest available time.
Important Note:
- Microsoft Excel Rounding: Please be aware that Microsoft Excel may round swimmer's times, not Swim Central.
The deviations are as follows:
Able Bodied Swimmers deviations
50m = within 1.0 sec
100m = within 3.0 sec
200m within 5.0 sec
400m within 10.0 sec
800m within 10.0 sec
1500m within 10.0 sec
Multi Class Swimmers deviations
50m within 2 points
100m within 2 points
200m within 2 points
400m within 2 points
800m within 2 points
1500m within 2 points
To access the eligibility report please follow the steps below.
1) Login to Swim Central and select ‘Administration’
2) Enter your Family Pin (If required)
3) Select 'Events' from the left hand navigation panel or select the 'Live Events' tile.
4) From your Events Dashboard, select the event you wish to run the eligibility report for. Please note your club needs to be linked to the event to be able to access the report.
5) From the event home page click on 'Reports' and select 'Eligibility Report'
6) The eligibility report will be emailed to the requestor's email address.
